This zine takes the reader on a tour of The Wurstelprater, an Austrian amusement park, right before the park was to close for the season. The park itself features some macabre ride facades, full of dazzling lights, music, a large ferris wheel, and restaurants and many other attractions. It has been described by some as “a carnival on steroids”. The zine follows the author’s arrival to Austria and subsequently The Wurstelprater. Alongside the rides and offerings, he shares about the tests of strength and the myriad of bizarre sculptures and everything else that it offers.
