The Goblin’s Rules of the Game started as a bit of column filler for author Sean Äaberg, but it soon became a more important piece of writing to him after a near-death experience. Drawing from his DIY-Anarcho-Punk roots, alchemy, and Judaic esotericism, this guide offers a methodology that can be used to succeed in life, by using a reality-based strategy to find the mechanical nature of life and game it. The idea is that life is a game, but it’s a different game for each person—you have to figure out the story, missions, and characters yourself while watching out for and being conscious of other people’s games.
